Notes from the Bach Centre
It still feels surreal to write these words. I finally visited the Bach Centre ! Hidden in the quiet English countryside, this little house in Mount Vernon is where Dr. Edward Bach once lived and created his flower remedies. Visiting in the fall meant there were no blossoms in the garden, yet the place still felt alive with quiet beauty. The trees were turning golden, and there was a soft stillness in the air, as if the garden was resting. The whole place felt calm and pure.

Eternal Ties
This collection began long before I ever sketched a design. It started with my son. I have always loved gemstones, but the moment he was born his birthstone ( a gorgeous Emerald) suddenly felt different to me. It was no longer just a beautiful stone. It became a symbol of a day that changed my entire life. A piece of energy I wanted to keep close to my skin, close to my heart. That feeling is what planted the first seed for the Eternal Ties Birthstone Collection . As I starte

Why High Tea Feels So Modern to Me
There’s something quietly luxurious about taking time to pause. A few weeks ago, I spent an afternoon at The Botanic Sanctuary for high tea: three unhurried hours surrounded by calm, soft light, and the scent of freshly baked pastries. What struck me most, though, was how modern the whole concept feels again. More and more, I notice younger people turning to experiences like this … slower, more intentional moments that offer a real sense of connection. High tea feels like

Living by My Inner Compass
What I learned from my Human Design reading with Virginia van Dijk Human Design is a modern system for self-understanding, a language that weaves science and spirituality. It combines astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, and quantum physics to create an energetic blueprint that reveals how your energy flows and how you are meant to move through the world. Your chart is created using your date, time, and place of birth. From that information, a unique map unfolds, showing you

Sofie’s Favourites for October
October always feels like the month to slow down. A time for rituals, soft textures, and long moments that feel like little hugs. Between cozy weekends at home and the first real chill in the air, I’ve found myself reaching for small things that make me feel more grounded, more present, and a little more me . Here’s what I’ve been loving lately. 1. Adding more natural products to my daily beauty care routine This month, I’ve been simplifying and replacing products with more

My Journey with Crystals, Spirituality and Self-Care
I’ve always been drawn to beautiful things, and maybe that’s why crystals caught my eye at first. At the beginning they were just pretty stones to me, but over time they’ve become little reminders I carry with me. They anchor me when life feels busy or overwhelming, and they help me pause for a moment. I believe that to feel happy in body, mind and spirit, we need to find a sense of inner harmony. For me, spirituality isn’t about strict rules or complicated rituals. It’s more
